We knew this part of the harbor had herons and egrets, but don't remember seeing quite so many. This also forced us to better learn our herons and egrets. Great blue herons, black-crowned night herons, snowy egrets and / or ibis were among the crowd, some of them juveniles. Must be a nesting area?
I enjoyed seeing them and later trying to learn more about them.
