We were saddened to learn that our favorite Mammoth Lakes restaurant, Bleu Kitchen, had recently shut down. Then I read somewhere that some of their good cooking lived on at The Eatery, a popular microbrewery. Well, we had dinner there our last night and the food was just sort of average. The outdoor seating area however was lively and had a semi-panoramic view of the area. So all in all a mixed bag but we were happy to give it a try.
Food was below average for me. But I was just glad to get a ride there and not have to pay a fortune for dinner at the lodge.
