Possibly the best salad of this New York side trip was from my debut visit to Chopt, a healthy salad chain based in the eastern states. The full name of the restaurant is Chopt Creative Salad Company. How would I describe it? Imagine a Chipotle geared exclusively toward preparing a salad.
