One good thing was that, to get to the cemetery where my parents now reside, I had to drive through my grandparents' old neighborhood - Beaver Dam / Mill Neck - which is really lovely, and especially lovely that day of the melancholy low clouds and imminent rain.
The vibe is definitely coming through in the photos.
