Staying at the Holiday Inn in Westbury was a form of one stop shopping. I could get Indian meals, but also traditional American breakfasts. I could get a room, do laundry and rent a car - all under one roof. While on the one hand it was definitely a peculiar form of "going home", on a purely practical level it worked.
