Sometimes, without planning on it, the suburban Holiday Inn you stay at has an authentic Indian restaurant in house that serves a variation of paneer that you have never even heard of (paneer butter masala) and it is absolutely delicious. Then, when you ask if they have a small side salad, you are presented with some chopped onions.
