Also seen at the raptor center: a red-tailed hawk and a barred owl. These birds were good sports about having to put up with parades of tourists like me with cameras.
All three were very good sports. I know they would not survive in the wild, and the center provides for them a sanctuary, but I wish their circumstances were different and they weren’t in the position of being good sports.
