Paprika

I had a semi-fond memory of dining here before and sipping authentic Turkish coffee. They must have been hit hard by the pandemic since the indoors no longer exists and the outdoors is a tiny terrace with partial sun and cool temperatures. So we bundled up and enjoyed our lunch despite the imperfect conditions.
