Okay I got ahead of myself. The same day we went to Dennis the Menace Park and Captain + Stoker, we had lunch at our old favorite Schooners. Evidently we had Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Creamy Burrata and a Harvest Salad. What I remember is that those things were so tasty, well prepared and full of unexpected, hidden dimension that the sum total was for me one of the best meals of the trip. Whoever prepared the food knew how to make it sing.
Now I am hungry for Schooners. Always a favorite of mine.
